Ray is the director of Island Breeze NZ, along with his wife Shaneane.  Ray brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, wisdom and oversight to the PQDTS.  He is passionate about discipleship and motivating people to be the best they can be in God. He is Maori, of Tainui descent and was raised in Huntly.
